A car lift can be used as transport for cars between different floors.

The transport of cars between several floors can be handled by a car lift that is built up exactly as a product elevator - but just designed, so it works optimally for moving cars between levels in a car house.

A car lift is built around a scissors lift table. The lift table is located in a shaft that shields the car lift on all sides. The shaft can consist of existing building parts, or of light walls built up for the billift. At each level there is a door or gate with approved door locks. The lift is called or sent to the desired level. At each level there are light indicators for the movement and position of the lift.

The car elevator from JEMA LIFT is produced in our factory in Denmark. We even produce the lift, therefore we are also flexible and can produce in other sizes and capabilities if desired. Our car elevators are calculated exclusively for goods transport. Personal transport is not allowed.

Technical description:

Profile steel steel gives the lifting table a very large side stability. Long bushings with grease nipples in all moving joints reduce the load in the most exposed places and ensure a long life with minimal maintenance. Rolls and wheels are forkeletter, providing a very long life and very low maintenance costs.

Foreclosure:

Door and door are both manual and single hinge. If additional shielding is required, we can also offer it.

Pit:

This solution requires a pit. The size of the pit depends on which model you choose. Grubs can be handed over by offer or order.

Basis of CE marking:

The lift table meets all applicable circulars and regulations. It is delivered tested and CE marked according to the machine directive and standard DS EN 1570 incl. Documentation and test certificate.

Guarantee:

The 1 year warranty from JEMA LIFT is granted on errors and defects due to the lift's construction and setup. The warranty period requires Max. 8 hours of use / days.

Inspection:

The car elevator must have a minimum of 2 annual statutory inspection. We offer a fixed price for the first inspection, and we will then carry out inspection to a price calculated from our first visit.

Delivery and assembly of product elevator:

The price is including delivery and assembly.

In order for the mounting site to be reported, the following conditions must be clarified or performed:

  • Load tubes for wires and hydraulic hose must be established to the pit.
  • Placing pump station and control must be designated.
  • The pit must be emptied of any waste, building materials and water.
  • Cottage around pit must be completed.
  • Power with switch must be led to location for the control.
  • Possibility to pull wires for operations and door locks must be present.
  • Any aids in connection with placement of lifting table in pit must be present.
  • If there is a need for crane, truck or other aids to mount the car lift, this will be settled separately.
